What makes INVARYX different?
We examine the system beneath the symptoms. Conventional analysis often separates strategy, risk, resilience, operations, resources, and adaptation into different disciplines. INVARYX examines how those conditions interact within the system as a whole.
The objective is to determine what must continue, what conditions that continuation depends upon, where the present configuration is vulnerable, and what interventions may improve its viability.
Where does the methodology come from?
INVARYX's methodology is informed by research conducted through the Institute of Persistence Science. Persistence Science investigates the general conditions under which systems persist. Persistence Engineering translates applicable principles into diagnostic and decision methods for real systems. INVARYX applies those methods to organizational, strategic, and other high-consequence systems.
